Artists who don’t wish to offer their work for sale, will be asked to pay a small entry fee that will also be donated to the festival.
Juneteenth is the oldest known celebration of the ending of slavery in America. In Donaldsonville, Louisiana, we commemorate freedom by emphasizing education and achievement. It is a time for assessment, self-improvement and for planning the future. It is a time for reflection and rejoicing.
