These girls have been working so hard all year in preparation for this national event. They gained knowledge and discipline, increased their athletic abilities, advanced in their teamwork skills, learned the sportsmanship of both success and defeat, and gained friendships that will last a lifetime. Quote from cheer mom Donna Baudoin: “Being a cheer mom involves a roller coaster of emotions. In a matter of minutes the pendulum can swing and your tears can turn quickly from happy to sad. In the end, every tear shed is definitely worth it! The girls learn teamwork, empathy, how to win and lose with grace, and how to survive under pressure when all eyes are on you.The routine may only last three minutes but the core values learned through the hours, days, weeks and months of practice last for a lifetime.”

Quote from cheer mom Brandi LeBlanc: “I am so proud to have my daughter as a part of this team. Jimbo and all of the coaches teach these girls life lessons that will improve their capabilities in their adult lives. As an athletic/fitness trainer myself, I know how important these skills are and how much work goes into teaching them to others… my kudos to the coaches. Learning them at such an early age, especially when these girls are sponges, is so important for their success in life. Being a part of this team has brought my daughter not only amazing friends, but a family. They work so hard, training day in and day out for months, for a three to four minute routine on stage. They GLOW when they are up there! Those smiles aren’t just a part of their routine. They truly are HAPPY to be a part of this team and love helping one another on the mat and off. Having my daughter be a part of this team is truly one of the best decisions we ever made, and I can’t wait to see the things she accomplishes in life due to the skills she learns during these important years of her life.”
