On Veterans Day our community gathered to give honor to all our veterans who have served. The weather sprinkles pushed the ceremony under the pavilion but all of the patriotic citizens showed honor and respect for our Veterans. This year 13 empty chairs honoring the eleven Marines, One Navy Corpsman, and one Army soldier that were killed supporting Operation Freedom’s Sentinel. A flag with their name and rank were displayed for these fallen heros.
